The most recent update for iPhone and iPad software, iOS 9.3, was released last month. iOS 10 is likely to be revealed in June by Apple executives, alongside OS X 10.12. The new Mac update is likely to see Siri integration for the first time, allowing users to make specific searches and navigate the system using naturalised language. Embedding Siri into the Mac's infrastructure makes sense - Apple has been very transparent about how it envisions its multiple devices working together cross-platforms. Its Continuity umbrella, announced at WWDC 2014, contained a range of new features designed as a first push towards seamless integration between the systems.
